By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

Contract language and conclusion

The contract language is English. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or confirm dispatch.

Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and include the statutory German VAT, plus shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to the conclusion of a contract. Payment is processed via the methods offered at checkout (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, credit card).

General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

Products

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update this information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. This does not affect liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
