Refund Policy

Your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerruf)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (or, in the case of an order of multiple goods delivered separately, the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@tiotio.club with your order number. Returned items must be sent to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. The cost and risk of return shipping are borne by you.

Statutory warranty (Gewährleistung)

In addition to the right of withdrawal, your statutory warranty rights under German law apply for defective or damaged goods. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@tiotio.club and we will resolve it.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

Beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above, we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or size swaps. Statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected.
