All orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.

You can choose the type of delivery at checkout:

DHL Paket — Delivery by national postal service. DHL Express — Delivery by DHL courier.

Expected delivery times

DHL Paket Standard Germany: 1–4 working days Europe: 2–6 working days UK and Switzerland: 3–6 working days Worldwide: up to 14 working days

DHL Express Germany: 1–2 working days Europe: 2–3 working days UK and Switzerland: 2–3 working days Worldwide: up to 7 working days

Delivery charges

DHL Paket Standard Germany: €5 — free for orders from €75 Europe: €10 — free for orders from €200 UK and Switzerland: €15 — free for orders from €250 Worldwide: €20 — free for orders from €300

DHL Express Germany: €15 Europe: €30 UK and Switzerland: €35 Worldwide: €40

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Delivery to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees, which are borne by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
